Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, the item must be new, unopened, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, and documentation.

To request a return, email sales@paddocktuning.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

All products in our Sensors, Ignition Coils & Brackets, and Injectors and Adapters product groups—including position sensors, brackets, adapters, kits, and related accessories—are final sale for non-defective returns, even if in stock, unopened, and uninstalled. Special-order items and gift cards are also final sale for non-defective returns. Opened, installed, used, programmed, modified, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for a standard return. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us under the process below; the final-sale rule does not exclude those claims.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly at sales@paddocktuning.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above. Special-order items cannot be canceled after the supplier order has been placed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
