Order processing

In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Processing times for special-order or backordered items vary by availability. Some Haltech products may be special-order or temporarily backordered; if this affects your order, we will contact you at the email address provided during checkout.

Product Availability & Supplier Fulfillment

Many products sold by Paddock Tuning are fulfilled directly through our suppliers. Product availability is based on the most recent supplier inventory information available to Paddock Tuning and can change between inventory updates. Orders may ship directly from a manufacturer or distributor.

If an availability issue occurs after an order is placed, Paddock Tuning will contact the customer as soon as possible. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free-shipping promotions apply only when the order meets the stated eligibility requirements.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery estimates begin after an order ships and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact sales@paddocktuning.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters processing or ships.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

If your shipment is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact sales@paddocktuning.com promptly with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the item and packaging.
